BIOGRAPHY

Andisani is an experienced strategy professional with a diverse and dynamic background in Corporate Strategy, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, and Social Impact. She is committed to driving positive change and has delivered significant contributions across various sectors, including oil and gas, utilities, consumer goods, and financial services. Her experience includes leading large-scale transformation projects, delivering on strategic initiatives, working
with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders.

Currently, she is pursuing her MBA studies at Oxford and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School. 

She serves as the Co-Chair of the Oxford Women in Leadership Alliance and represents UN Women UK as a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. She has a deep passion for advancing gender equality and empowering women.
