Femi Aluko is the CEO and Co-founder of Chowdeck, an on demand delivery service for Africa.

 

An alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Femi majored in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, where he emerged as the Department's Best Graduating Student in Telecommunications. He served as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Lagos State, where he achieved several accolades, including emerging as the winner of a Business Plan Competition.

 

After NYSC, Femi joined Paystack, a leading fintech company acquired by Stripe for over $200m, as a Software Engineer. At Paystack, he grew to become a technical lead for Core payments, and an Engineering manager and finally, a Principal Engineer, where he managed the core infrastructure that processed tens of millions of transactions monthly.

 

An artist at heart, Femi enjoys playing the piano, the guitar, and adventurous games.
