Reshania Naidoo, Population Health Lead for the Ernst&Young (EY) Digital Health Excellence Centre covering Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa.
Reshania is the Population Health Lead for the Ernst & Young (EY) Digital Health Excellence Centre covering Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, where she works at the intersection of industry, academia and government to develop innovative and data-driven health solutions to improve population health outcomes. She led the formation of the EY-Oxford Health Analytics consortium, which recently completed a landmark evaluation of the UK'S COVID-19 testing policies, that contributed to the national COVID inquiry and which now supports international pandemic preparedness strategies for global funders and governments worldwide. Her work has covered global health policy and advisory to over 20 countries, focused on the enablement of national health system resilience through the deployment of novel technologies, population health data analytics & multidisciplinary partnerships. Also a physician by background, she trained as a medical doctor in general practice and acute medicine in South Africa, with a special interest HIV and TB, later moving to the NHS. She is active in postgraduate teaching and supervision within the Nuffield Department of Medicine, focused on healthcare innovation and leading change for impact.
