Bupe Lughano Kabaghe is a governance and development practitioner with experience spanning Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She is currently a candidate of the MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy at the University of Oxford, where she is a Weidenman Hoffman merit scholar. Her work focuses on political representation, institutional reform, and sustainable development, with a particular interest in advancing women’s political participation across Africa.
